csarchitects has been commissioned by Arkistruct Ltd and Ruark Properties Pty Ltd to design and deliver this mixed used residential development utilising pre-fab modular construction.
The architecturally designed development incorporates 140 serviced apartments with restaurants, retail, conference and function facilities for 500 people, managed by a globally recognised brand. The residential mix provides 47 three- and four-bedroom luxury apartments and 54 one- and two-bedroom apartments in addition to 10 premises for boutique retail shops or dining. This facility includes a well-equipped gymnasium, indoor and outdoor pools and tennis court.
The development offers breathtaking ocean views from the luxury apartments and the 13-story serviced apartment complex.
