Gold Coast Marina

The development of the Northern and Southern Sites for the Gold Coast Marina Design Competition give the opportunity for private and public a partnership of the sectors to revitalise this Coastline in a socially and environmentally responsible development serving the whole Gold Coast.

The Northern Site Tourism Precinct provides marina facilities for super yachts and other recreational and fishing vessels, public amenities providing improved public recreational facilities, restaurants and cafes along the board walk. The Southern Site creates continuous ‘Urban Village’, creating a network of access walkways, roads and public transport links and pathways. The Integrated Development complements the other tourism experiences on the Spit.
