New contemporary development seamlessly integrates with a newtwork of boulevards, laneways and arcades that come together to create a vibrant experience and world-class amenity for visitors, residents and workers. New connections across existing barriers will be opened up, providing better access to Brunswick Street Station and attractive linkages to adjacent precincts, making the Valley, for the first time, a thriving whole. East Gate will become a national and international exemplar in the design, delivery, development and management of urban precincts.
